COVID-19 Update
Monday 1st June: Our community's battle with lockdown continues into another new month and we hope everyone is staying safe in regards to physical and mental well-being during these embryonic times of the 'new normal'. We continue to offer the following services as pillars of support amid COVID-19:
1. Takeaway collection carvery bookings are in full swing for this coming Sunday and subsequent weeks until we are back in full operation. Please reserve your ten-minute slot between noon-4pm on 01406 540300 and take comfort in our social distancing measures and heightened hygiene behaviours in place which are all working fantastically well: waiting in vehicles until called in, wearing the gloves provided, and paying by card in advance (or on the day). You can either bring your own plates (as most folks do for ease and swiftness) or utilise our takeaway packaging. Desserts are also available!
2. Fruit and vegetable baskets - This continues to be working supremely well and the baskets are available with delivery slots between 10am-2pm for doorstep deliveries for residents within a two-mile radius of the pub. These hampers can be ordered by phone via 01406 540300, paid for by card, and will be delivered in this window. For the latest products and prices, please phone.
3. Beer - All of our Bluebell Brewery beers can be sold in four-pint jugs, or nine-, 18-, and 36-pint bag-in-box offerings. Please phone 01406 540300 for a collection slot and current prices.
4. Classic Car and Motorcycle Meets - The first and second rallies have had to be cancelled for obvious reasons, but we remain hopeful for July and optimistic for August and September's events.
